On September 23rd 2009, Midwest Construction announced the winners of its Best of 2009 competition. The annual contest recognizes excellence in heavy construction and design in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin and Missouri, as well as Iowa, Ohio, Michigan and Minnesota.
